This is my best friend’s family. I have known these guys for so long, and I remember when it was just the two of them. Now they’re a family of 6! We went down to the gorgeous Washington Park in Albany, NY on a Spring evening to do a family portrait session. I kinda love being able to help with wardrobe so everyone’s outfits all go together nicely, without being to “matchy”. These guys rocked the coral and blue color scheme! (more…)

Little Kaiden came to see me at the studio when he was just 10 days old. He was born a few weeks early, so he was still such a little guy. He was wide awake when they first arrived, until his mommy was finally able to get him to sleep. Once he was asleep, we were able to get such beautiful photos of him looking so peaceful, and adorable! His parents signed him up for the Grow With Me package, so I get to see this sweet little guy when he starts to sit up, and then again for his 1st birthday! Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to share a couple of those photos with all of you!
I had to fight back some serious baby fever with this little cutie!
The first time I photographed this family, they were just announcing their pregnancy. We met up months later to do maternity photos, and I was thrilled when they contacted me to do an updated family portrait session to include their new addition. We decided to meet up at the beautiful Yaddo Gardens in Saratoga, NY.
When they walked over, I was so excited to meet little miss Lily! She was sporting a big smile, and that is always a good sign. We got started right away…we didn’t want to run out of adorable Lily smiles. As you can see, it paid off:
