Children’s Photography Special

We love summer! The beautiful summer sunsets, warm evenings, eating ice cream, catching fire flies, sitting around a camp fire… In honor of this amazing season, we are offering a special on all children’s photography sessions. From now until September 1st, all children’s photography sessions will include 3 digital files and 1 8×10 print for just $125! This special is good for up to 3 kiddos ($20/each additional child) and can take place in our studio in East Greenbush or on location within the Capital District. Little Sitter Photography Session

This little lady came in for her newborn session last fall, and her parents signed her up for the baby plan. I got to see her again for her 6 month/sitter session, and will see her for her 1st birthday session! She was such a little ham. and was so happy the whole time. We were able to do multiple backdrop/outfit changes, and she just kept smiling away. (more…)

When this little sweetie’s parents brought her into the studio for her newborn photography session, I just couldn’t get over how adorable she was! She was a little peanut; under 6lbs, and just full of smiles! She slept like a champ, and allowed us to do multiple different set ups.I could have seriously photographed her all afternoon!  (more…)

Family Photography – Washington Park

This is my best friend’s family. I have known these guys for so long, and I remember when it was just the two of them. Now they’re a family of 6! We went down to the gorgeous Washington Park in Albany, NY on a Spring evening to do a family portrait session. I kinda love being able to help with wardrobe so everyone’s outfits all go together nicely, without being to “matchy”. These guys rocked the coral and blue color scheme! (more…)

Newborn Photography – Baby A and Family

This adorable little girl’s parents had come into the studio for a maternity session, so I was super excited to meet her when she arrived for her newborn session! She was wide awake for most of the session, and she was so alert. We got some great shots of her looking right at the camera. She finally fell asleep, and we were able to get some sleepy baby images of her on the beanbag. We did family portraits at the end, and even her grandmother joined in for a photo of 3 generations of ladies, which was so sweet.

Newborn Photography Session- Kaiden

Little Kaiden came to see me at the studio when he was just 10 days old. He was born a few weeks early, so he was still such a little guy. He was wide awake when they first arrived, until his mommy was finally able to get him to sleep. Once he was asleep, we were able to get such beautiful photos of him looking so peaceful, and adorable! His parents signed him up for the Grow With Me package, so I get to see this sweet little guy when he starts to sit up, and then again for his 1st birthday! Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to share a couple of those photos with all of you!

I had to fight back some serious baby fever with this little cutie!

A Boho Inspired Photo Session at Thacher Park

I am always very busy planning photo sessions for other people. I absolutely love what I do and put my heart and soul into every photo session. I get so excited planning out the sessions and making or purchasing props. I thought it was about time to do a session with my own little ones. I imagined them in white flowing dresses, with floral head wreaths on, and bear feet… a very boho look. I can get everyone else’s children to cooperate and have a great time, but my kids run from me when they see my camera in my hand. I made sure to let them know ahead of time that this was important to me (and bribed them with ice cream). It was very humid and the bugs were really bothering them, but they did a great job and I am so proud of how their photos came out! I finally have some beautiful photos of my own kiddos! (more…)
